Payment is due upon receipt. If payment has not been made or has been declined no items will be despatched from our premises, unless an arragment has been made with Bali Inspirations. Goods remain the property of Bali Inspirations until full payment has been made.
Shipping will be paid for by the customer unless prior arrangement has been made with Bali Inspirations. If an item has been damaged in transit by Bali Inspirations we will either refund or replace your item. If an item is damaged during shipping by an outside courier company Bali Inspirations is not held responsible. We will endevour to do our best to resolve the situation.
If an item is damaged in transit by Bali Inspirations, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. You must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by Bali Inspirations and you are not satisfied, Bali Inspirations will not issue a refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. All this must be taken into consideration within 1-3 working days upon recieving goods. A 10% re-stocking fee will be required. No refund or exchange on sale and or discounted items.
If a deposit/ lay-by has been made and a "change of mind" has occured Bali Inspirations will not refund your money, this also covers "made to order" items. Once payment has been taken, the refund or exchange will be made on a case-by-case basis. A 10% re-stocking fee will be required.
Bali Inspirations is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once you have received your item.
